is to create link backs to your own web site, and in so
doing, increase your web traffic and ranking in the search
engines.

and walks you through the process of entering all of your
submission information.

Equalizer, you still need to write the release
yourself. To their credit, they include some simple
templates with suggestions for crafting your own release.
It certainly helps, though, to have some experience here
because if your release is not well-written and
compelling, it won't get read.

Once your
release is ready for distribution, you select the sites
you want to distribute it to. Some of these sites need you
to pre-register with them prior to submitting your release
